OLLI3703 - The Corporation, in Law and Society (Walk-In)
We live in a corporate world. This course, a blend of law, sociology and politics, focuses on the significant role of corporations in modern society. We will look at how corporations are organized, governed internally and behave; how they impact society and how this has evolved over time; and the internal and external regulations that shape and control them. Each session will include lecture, news analysis, Q&A and discussion.
