Karen Daw, MBA, CECM, CDIPC, is a nationally recognized speaker and author with multiple accolades in the field of dental safety. She is an OSHA authorized trainer and provides consulting services to dental practices, corporations, colleges, and healthcare systems nationwide. Karen holds a BA from The Ohio State University and an MBA with a focus on Healthcare Administration and Business Management. After completing her education, Karen's was recruited from the Emergency Department to the role of Health and Safety Director at the OSU College of Dentistry. She has been involved in significant projects for government agencies and was among the first group to earn the prestigious CDIPC credential. Karen is an active and respected member of the Association for Dental Safety, where she has served as co-chair for their Annual Conference and Infection Control Boot Camp.
