Event Leadership

This is the only award-winning, comprehensive events planning program that is designed to increase your marketable skills in your events career and to prepare you for future success in the event planning business. The full program of courses may be completed in 6-8 months, but you have up to two years to finish the program. Many of our students complete the program in a year.

Description of The Program

Each month you are able to choose which classes you will register for, allowing for flexibility, as many of our students have busy schedules. With classes conveniently held on Saturdays on the Main Temple University campus, many of our students can still hold full-time jobs while pursuing this certificate. You’re also exposed to events through the externship portion of the program, and by the end will complete an executive portfolio which will highlight the skills you have learned in the classroom.

We are affiliated with and endorsed by The Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau’s Multi-Cultural Affairs Congress (MAC), The Greater Philadelphia Hotel Association (GPHA), The Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the International Special Events Society (ISES), The Pennsylvania Association for Travel and Tourism (PATT) and The International Festivals and Events Association (IFEA).
