WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS COURSE:

You will learn about your subtle system, the three channels, the Chakras, and a Nurturing Energy, which lies within our being and gives us our freedoms. Experience a guided meditation in which you will sense your imbalances and learn how to correct them. One-on-one help is available.
