In this course, student will gain a basic understanding of U.S. Immigration Laws, Regulations and Policy. The course will cover an introduction to the history of U.S. immigration, three ways for foreign students and scholars to gain "Green Card" status, how family ties aid U.S. immigration, the basics of removal (deportation), and naturalization over five 90-minute sessions.
