PASCEP0057 - The FOUR Horsemen of disruptive Innovation
Course Description
The FOUR Horsemen of Disruptive Innovation is a methodology that leaders use to solve complex problems, and it's a way of using systemic reasoning and intuition to explore ideal future states. However, the methodology may not be easy to implement, as it involves making fundamental changes to organizational culture and practices. The system drives significant value by enabling faster innovation, greater agility, increased productivity, and efficiency for the organization. Page 2 Organizations take a variety of perspectives to achieve innovation, typically based on their specific situation, such as the current state of their operations, their risk appetite, and their time horizon. They normally highlight one such approach, change, caused by publication and the Triplicity Format? strategy to realize Disruptive Differentiation through Protagonistic viewpoints and attitudes within a short period of time. The transformative journey starts and ends from a well-rounded architecture and decades-old lessons-learned that result objectives to go beyond bestpractices. To thrive in a volatile and unpredictable economy, organizations need BIG changes and commitments from the top of the organization. For operational leaders and decision-makers, 2024 and beyond could be transformative years.
Instructor: Damian D. Skipper Pitts In 2004, Skipper formed his company named the Bison Group® Corporation (thebisongroup.com), but the great recession caused significant accounting issues that helped to wipe out most of the company’s market capitalization. The company teetered on the brink of bankruptcy from 2008-2012, but due to a product-cycle refresh, additional products were born that took the industry by storm. Skipper became a professional coach and trainer who worked with growth-minded leaders and organizations that wanted to take the journey from performance to Performance-driven Execution™ (PdE). Having authored or ghost written over 20 books on personal development and strategic capabilities, Skipper decided to transfer the knowledge of Organizational Behavior (OB), allowing the “c-word”—change—to stay on his lips for leaders to meet the demands of the transforming markets, then and today. The four outcomes became primarily positioned for people to grow continuously, namely: Sustained Actions-Disruptive Modeling-Incremental Improvements-Radical Breakthroughs—ALL that’s needed for anyone or any organization to go beyond best-practices and transform existing conditions.
