Course Description

Are you new to sales or does your job involve some sort of sales aspect? This introductory course will provide you the specifics of mentally preparing to work with new customers, discovering the customers’ purchasing abilities and their intentions, presenting the service or product, closing the sale and proper follow up. Whether you do face to face selling, telephone sales, or retail/showroom sales, this workshop will provide key activities in any selling environment.
